Woolpops Hand Knit Squash Blossom Preemie Baby Hat

Woolpops presents a soft Squash Blossom styled preemie or small baby hat in lovely wool. This hat features a lush green and yellow color, with a sweet flounced brim and a charming curled stem & vine, with dainty lacy leaves. Based on standard measurements, this hat should fit preemies & some newborns. This hat is utterly unique: I designed the pattern, and you won't find it anywhere else! This hat has quite a lot of stretch, and should fit a variety of sizes, and in particular, will "grow" with your beloved baby for a while. Also adorable for Halloween.

This hat is knit from baby wool (yellow part) and a wool-acrylic blend yarn (top portion of hat) and Andes Highland Wool (leaves). This hat should be hand washed in cool water, and laid flat to dry. (Hand wash cool means wash in water that's comfortable for your hands--not icy or scalding--then rinse with water of the same temperature.) Then laid out flat to dry, or re-shaped over a round item, like a crumpled paper bag.
